can i get thunderbird?

I am very interested in thunderbird broadband as the only other options where I live are dial-up and satellite.I've been calling the phones for the past few days with no answer, I left a message. Also I sent an email to sales@thunderbird. Is everyone on vacation?? :{

I also tried to contact you concerning getting service. Are you guys taking new customers and can I schedule a site survey to verify that your service will work for me?
