Re: Speed Test Results
Whoops, got that backwards.  Would you believe down = 5390 kb/s and up = 4043 kb/s?  I've run the test several times and it of course varies a bit.

Could be something to do with your router at the house. Are you on a wireless LAN at home (like with a laptop using WiFi)?

Re: Speed Test Results
Maybe, but when I run the test on the hard-wired desktop, the W-Fi laptop is not being used.  More curiosity than complaint here, Aaron - VPN and remote desktop work just about as well as being there.  Just thought you should know. BTW, when I ran the test in the wee hours (0500) today, the results were 7317 down and 6321 up.  Less load on the system I recon.

Re: Speed Test Results
Since the only speed availiable to me is dial-up, will have to try this and see if it will register the 33.k that I am cruising at right now.

You should be in good shape now that your router is rebooted. Feel free to give us a call if it still has problems, and we'll come by to investigate.
