Re: speed issues
I have noticed no one has posted anything here for awhile.... Well I am just wondering when the speed is going to increase. We have made a few calls to Dennis and was informed that there is some upgrades being done. Only thing that I have seen changed is that I am not getting disconnected every couple hours or couple of minutes in some cases. The speeds have been still in the low end spectrum for as long as I can remember since getting T-Bird. this speed test is a good day's connection, most of the time I can't even watch a streaming video without it having to buffer ever 4 frames.

Please Dennis or Alysa help us resolve this issue, or at least let me know when or if we will ever get the speeds that we should!

Re: speed issues
Compared to today's speeds, the ones you posted on 7/11 are pretty normal.  Today at 6:20 pm I measured 1003 down and 489 up.  Not enough for me.
