I have been seeing the same issues, mostly during prime time. I think they have grown too big for their bandwidth and need to get a bigger pipe. I think they should also update their web page where they seem to imply that 10Mbs up and down is possible. This simply is not true and they need to state that this would be under optimal conditions which I have not seen for a long time now. A bit misleading if you ask me. T-bird, spend the bucks and get a bigger pipe. I think I was their 3rd customer and back then, it was great. Sadly, they have us by the short hairs as most of their customers only have the option of dial up or HughesNet(which sucks). Sign me "not so happy now and hoping it will get better".
