So I still have internet problems in lake alyson out here, probably as many do.  Its hit or miss at best, a lot of times it is slower than dial up.

I bought a new phone a few months ago that's 5.8 ghz, but that didnt fix it.  Its been real bad for about a week now, and i'm getting frustrated at

the lack of customer service.  I have emailed, which took me 4 attempts and 3 days to get out because it wasnt working.  I have called and left a

message.  And called again today to be greeted by the message again.  Still i am awaiting a response either email or phone (preferably phone

since internet is not reliable).  Honestly i would much rather hughes net but its 40 bucks more a month than thunderbird.  In hindsight i should

have spent the money on hughes net instead, im sure it would be much more reliable, heck dial up is more reliable.  But here i am, with

thunderbird broadband.  So hey, can't we all just get along?  Can't someone fix this problem?  I know i paid the bill, was it late?  If so i'm sorry,

am i being punished?  Can you unground me from the internet?  If this makes it on the thunderbird site i'll be impressed, cause that means my

internet is working!  Dear lord, please fix my internet.  Amen.
