Rock Solid
I was on wimpy dial-up for 10 years before getting T-Birds broadband wireless. I was concerned with reliablilty, after all, I shelled out a bunch of doe to get hooked up. I have been with T-Bird since 12.6.06 and it has been flawless. Before the last power outage, my subscriber unit had an uptime of over 60 days, never a need to re-boot it and never any issues with access to the internet. It has  certainly met my expectations and then some. Even the other day with a snow covered YAGI antenna, the internet was alive and well and fast as greased lightning. T-Bird also went beyond the call of duty for the initial install, making sure I had good signal strength with plenty of room for fade. I would recommend them to anyone.

Re: Rock Solid

Before I joined the Tbird team I was a customer who was very impressed with just how far these guys would go to get a connection.

Aaron and Dennis climbed a 100' dirt cliff face several times to help get me setup. I just kept thinking to myself, "There is no way Comc@#&  would do this!"

Once Aaron figured out that I was not completely useless he offered me a spot on the team.  :-)
