Can You Say "Support"
OK.. the guy (Aaron) is driving with his family somewhere and spends way more time than should be expected on his cell getting me back up and running after I upgraded my router and hosed myself up. You don't get that kind of support with Verzion or Comcast - I know, I've tried in the past and they couldn't help me restart my computer if that was all it needed (OK that's a bit of an exaggeration). GREAT support is all I can say.Thanks Aaron (and thanks to your family also)

That fancy Apple network of yours had me going for a bit, and you got a crash course in computer networking, but we got it working! Say hi to Riely and the rest of the family for me, and tell her she's still my favorite Golden Retriever.
