Support?

I was so encourage to read those inputs from the customers that received support. IT gives me great hope As I have waited a couple of days for an answer to my emails. I currently am using dial-up to input my thoughts, due to the constant can not connect messages that I receive every time that I try to connect. It brings such hope to my heart, knowing that there are those that are receiving support from Thunderbird. I am not one that is so fortunate. Lucky for me I had that wisdom not to cancel my verizon dial-up, before this system was proved. I am hoping by the end of the week Oct. 12, 2007 that all is running better.
It is amazing that you out there can give this old man a glimmer of hope, and a little more patients as I wait for the support that you all have received.

My emails to you were returning due to a spam filter of some sort. Hopefully we got everything remedied over the phone last night.
