Three Cheers for Ben, Arron and Shaun

Must have been three bitter cold days trying to restore power to the transmitter tower. Great work guys... you all deserve a big "thanks"!

How much snow is up there anyhow?

Re: Three Cheers for Ben, Arron and Shaun

We couldn’t agree more.   The Thunderbird team IS the definition of customer service.  The recent power outage to the tower proved it.  Mother Earth pounded us with some weather and shit happens.  These guys did everything possible including continual recorded status updates which included their personal cell phone numbers for anyone with questions or concerns.  I mean, who does that??  The power to the tower is not Thunderbirds responsibility. But you know what.  They sure treated it like it was their responsibility.  They took it personally and did everything possible to deal with it.   We just wanted to say THANKS guys cause I know these last three days have been extremely tough for you. We hope you didn’t get too much grief from the ungrateful few that take for granted the quality service you provide.  By the way, we did make it into the all free Granite library hot-spot to return important e-mails so the business didn’t suffer much at all.  Anyway, thanks again and keep up the good work.    Hunter & Sheri

Re: Three Cheers for Ben, Arron and Shaun
Thanks so much for all the support and understanding! The guys were busting butt trying to get us all back online. Even to the point of rescuing the generator maintenance crew at 10:30 at night when they got their snow mobiles stuck in a ditch. There was over 6 feet of snow on the mountain at that time, so they eventually needed to get snow plows up there to clear the way for the maintenance crews to fix the generators. Our guys went up with them to put our personal generator on our gear in case the main generators were inoperable. I'm so glad it all worked out well. Thanks again to all our wonderful customers for your support and understanding. We definitely do our best to keep everyone online as much as humanly possible. Alysa, Thunderbird Broadband CMO
