Will I have to go to HughesNet????????

I've heard so many good things about thunderbird from friends who are current customers and after years of suffering with dial up I am desperate to upgrade. Thunderbird may be my last option before I have to go to HughesNet (not a great option) but I'm finding it very difficult to contact Thunderbird or get a return call. Can anyone provide me with some ideas?

Like so many great values, lots of people want the product.  The guys seem really busy now.  My suggestion is to keep calling.

Re: Will I have to go to HughesNet????????
Let me offer our sincerest apologies for not getting back to you quickly. We have recently gotten a strong influx of interest in our service that has coincided with our installers taking a couple weeks off per month to work on their other business. We are in the process of training and acquiring new installers to allow for Dennis and myself to be in the office more to answer the phone calls and emails as they come in instead of having to let people leave messages and do callbacks in the afternoons and evenings. Please do give us another call (with your name, address and phone number) and we will run your address through our topographical software to see the probability of getting service to you. So long as there are no land masses or huge tree masses in the way between you and our tower (or a relay) we can schedule a free survey to see what speeds we can get you. The other contact option is using our sales@thunderbirdbroadband.net.I hope to hear from you soon. We'd love to get service to you!
