High speed at Lake Roesiger ...

I have to say that at first I was a bit skeptical ...

I've been on this Hughes satellite dish for just over 2 years because nothing else was available, except dial up - which isn't an option.  No DSL.  No cable.  Nada.  Nyet.  Null.  Along came Thunderbird.  It took a little bit to get hooked up, but that's because of the 100 + foot tall tree that Aaron had to climb to get me tuned in.  Need to have good weather to take on that kind of project.

So these guys came rolling up here on a Saturday and spent about 10 hours (yes, 10 hours) climbing the tree and getting it set up.  Absolutely unheard of in just about any industry.  They climbed the tree, hooked up the system and made sure it was running properly before leaving.  No dinner break or anything.  My hat's off to you and your work ethic!

The speeds that I'm getting are so fast, it's almost ridiculous.  I can't get the servers to give me the data fast enough to keep up with my connection.  Any skepticism I had at first has now been laid to rest.

Kudos to Thunderbird!  Kudos to you for saving a poor wretch like me from the daily drag that was Hughes satellite.  The bain of my existence.  The albatross around my neck.

I apologize for not preparing dinner for you guys.  I didn't realize it would be such a feat and so time consuming to get us hooked up.  That was one ginormous tree you climbed there Aaron!  You guys keep an eye on your Christmas stockings cuz I think Santa has something in mind

On a final note, since this is such a small company, I feel like I've been brought into the family and am not just a customer.  Thank you for letting me ride along with you guys on this high speed adventure!

Warmest Regards,

Byron (and Nicole the wife, Charlie the dog, Signacious, Loki and Kascha the cats, Flash, Red and Daisy the chickens and the lil one to come - name TBD at a later date - heh)
